Mr. Nathan Warner is a seasoned, eLearning professional who has helped numerous corporations, colleges, and universities achieve their dreams of global connectedness through distance learning initiatives. He has been instrumental in the development and accreditation of multiple fully-online and hybrid degree programs, as well as the selection, implementation, and migration of learning management systems.

Primary projects include both a university with users in over 40 countries, as well as an organization that provides training in 5 different languages to learners around the world.

Nathan holds a master’s degree in leadership and a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship, as well as a number of certifications related to instructional design, curriculum development, and online teaching.

In addition to serving as a Senior eLearning Consultant for Serenity Projects, Mr. Warner also currently serves (virtually) as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership for a regionally-accredited college in the midwestern United States.

Mr. Warner recently completed a 2-year assignment as a Product Manager for a company that manufacturers Windows-based laptops and tablets. In his time there, he grew the company’s line of services and accessories 1000% in 12 months and was then promoted to manage an additional product line which achieved 100% growth in the 10 months that followed.

On a personal level, Nathan and his family reside in Buffalo, New York, where they are actively involved in both their community and church. When at home, he can generally be found either behind the stove, grill, or smoker, where he enjoys cooking for friends and family.

Selected Accomplishments

• Learning and Development: designed, developed, and deployed a series of self-paced new user orientations (using Articulate Storyline), which saved a company over 1,000 staff hours annually
• Teaching & Training: Facilitated online, hybrid, and face-to-face classes, training courses, and orientations for thousands of learners, trainers, teachers, and administrators in more than 40 countries
• Team Leadership: Led both local and remote teams in the creation of over 200 training and educational courses, spanning more than a dozen disciplines for corporations, colleges, and universities
• Project Management: Managed a successful Learning Management System migration of a Global Online Campus with more than 600 active users
• Program Management: Assisted 3 different colleges/universities with the successful approval of their 10-year accreditation reviews
